Medical Doctor
Dr. Chester Bradstreet
Dr. Chester Bradstreet is a medical doctor in Anchorage, Alaska. He received his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 10 years, treating a broad range of conditions.
When he is not helping others, Dr. Bradstreet enjoys hiking, backpacking, fly fishing, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

Tania Honeycutt
Tania is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified GainsWave and FemiWave Provider, Certified Lipo Laser Specialist, Certified Emface Practitioner, and Certified Cryoskin Specialist. She has a passion for noninvasive therapies.
Tania works closely with the physicians and nurse practitioners at Arctic Medical Center to provide individualized care for each patient.
Tania enjoys life in Alaska, from exploring the outdoors to experimenting in the kitchen. She is thankful to share these moments and make memories with her children and close friends.

Briana Holston
Briana is a dedicated registered nurse and beauty nurse injector with a holistic approach to beauty and pain relief. With eight years of experience as a massage therapist before becoming a nurse, Briana brings a unique perspective to her work.
Briana’s passion lies in connecting with her patients and helping them work toward their pain relief and beauty goals. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and providing personalized care.
Outside of work, Briana enjoys exploring Alaska’s great outdoors with her family.
Physician Assistant
Hannah Toberman
Hannah Toberman is a certified physician assistant with a background in general medicine. She earned her degree at Baldwin Wallace University in 2019 and began her career in the United States Air Force. After being stationed at JBER, she quickly fell in love with Alaska’s people, pace, and natural beauty, and decided to make it home.
At Arctic Medical Center, Hannah combines her medical experience with her passion for aesthetics to provide comprehensive care. She performs medical aesthetics procedures as a certified Botox injector and manages injections for medical weight loss.
Hannah also performs a variety of pain management procedures, including trigger point injections, battlefield acupuncture, and Botox for chronic migraines and TMJ disorder.
Outside of work, you will find Hannah exploring Alaska with her dog, whether she is hiking, running, skiing, cross-country skiing, biking, or camping.

Amber Tobin
Esthetics has always been Amber’s true passion. Her number one goal is to help each client feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
Amber loves getting to know each client personally so she can create specialized skin care regimens tailored to individual needs, whether a client is looking to refresh their glow or address specific concerns.
Helping others look and feel their best, inside and out, is what she strives for. Amber is dedicated to making every visit a relaxing, personalized experience and looks forward to being part of each client’s self-care journey.

Moira Lathrop
Moira is a full-time student at UAA and a licensed UAV pilot. She enjoys everything outdoors that Alaska has to offer.
You might find Moira on the ski trails in the winter or fishing and camping in the summer. At Arctic Medical Center, she is here to help you get scheduled for your rejuvenating needs.

Jen
Jen is a Montanan who moved to Alaska in 2016 when her husband’s company transferred them to JBER. His job may have brought her here, but the endless adventures ahead will keep her here for many years to come.
With more than 20 years in customer service, Jen loves being part of a team of natural practitioners whose primary goal is patient wellness.
Jen’s primary focus is medical compliance. She works behind the scenes to support the clinic’s HIPAA and OSHA compliance procedures.
When Jen is not in the clinic, she loves to cook, bake, craft, and explore Alaska with her husband and their three Australian Cattle Dogs: Holly, Remmy, and Ruger. Together, they enjoy visiting yard sales and antique shops to find inspiration for home projects.

Sierra Leach
Sierra is an Oklahoma native who has fallen in love with the beauty and people of Alaska. She enjoys taking in the outdoors with her Great Pyrenees, Missy.
A self-proclaimed foodie, Sierra loves to cook and enjoys curating good vibes wherever she goes. She puts every effort into helping clients look and feel beautiful.
