Meet Our Team
Dr. Lisa Radley – Doctor of Physical Therapy
Lisa was born and raised in Binghamton, NY. She grew up hiking, camping, and kayaking with her family, along with playing organized sports including lacrosse and soccer. Lisa attended Ithaca College in upstate New York where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Clinical Health Studies in 2011, became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2012, and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. Dr. Radley started her career in Washington, DC at National Rehabilitation Hospital in a mixed orthopedic and neurological outpatient clinic where she became a Certified Graston Technique Provider and certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling through Myopain Seminars.
Dr. Radley’s passion for outdoor adventure, commitment to excellence through continuous learning, and desire to empower others to reach their highest potential through a holistic treatment approach enticed her to pursue travel physical therapy. This permitted Dr. Radley to explore and expand her skills in a variety of outpatient and skilled nursing facilities throughout New Hampshire. Dr. Radley’s final travel assignment brought her to Arctic Chiropractic Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy in Anchorage Alaska where she is excited to join an experienced multidisciplinary team of therapists to optimize health, wellness, and a pain-free life for all Alaskans. Dr. Jordan Reidhead – Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Jordan Reidhead moved to Alaska in 2013 where he’d previously been practicing. He’s excited to provide quality health care services to the residents in this beautiful state. After studying abroad and completing a Bachelor’s from Arizona State University, he returned to school to broaden his education, pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic at Cleveland Chiropractic College – Los Angeles.
Dr. Meische Cox – Doctor of Chiropractic
Meische’s passion and career path began in rehab after several devastating major knee injuries. She, over her high school and collegiate years, has spent years in physical therapy where she witnessed the impact a strong rehab team can have on a patient. She returned to competition after each injury and ultimately was able to compete as four year varsity collegiate athlete at Frostburg State University.
She completed her Bachelor’s in Athletic training at Frostburg State University where she worked with college level athletes from various sporting backgrounds. Here she evaluated and implemented appropriate, individualize rehab protocols. She continued to work as a Certified Athletic Trainer while pursuing her graduate degree. She worked for Lowellville High School, Lowellville, OH where she was the first Athletic Trainer employed by the school. There she implemented and developed their athletic training program and was responsible for all student-athletes. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Youngstown State. As part of her Physical Therapy residency, she worked in various settings to include ICU in-patient, pediatrics and out-patient. She began her post-graduate career at Pivot Physical Therapy where she worked with a multitude of post-surgical, orthopedic, and mobility impairments. She specialized as the Concussion Specialist at her clinic where she evaluated, diagnosed and provided appropriate treatment plans for concussions. She was denoted as one of the physical therapist with a strong background in sports based injury and rehabilitation, taking on the majority of the athletic case load. Her continued path through the physical therapy realm has placed her in various outpatient settings that ranged from sport clinics to sub-acute rehab settings. Her most recent employment was with the United States Air Force here in Alaska where she worked with active-duty members to return to duty and maintain the mission. Her physical therapy journey has lent her the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, backgrounds, and stages of life. Her experiences have allowed her to grow as a clinician and bring a different perspective to rehabilitation.
Athlete’s need to return to their best: the highest level of competition whether it be the collegiate level, high school, weekend warriors, chasing their kids around, work, or an active overall lifestyle. Meische’s goal in the rehab of her patient’s is to take every “athlete” and return them to their life’s passion.
When Meische is not in the office helping her patients, she enjoys spending time with her friends, hiking with her malamute and exploring Alaska’s splendor.
Dr. Zoe Nelson – Doctor of Physical Therapy
Zoe is originally from Palmer, Alaska. In 2017, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine with a minor in Dance from Belhaven University in Mississippi. She then earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2020 from Pacific University in Oregon. After Graduating, she returned home to work with her community in Alaska.
She is currently studying to become a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist through the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine.
When Zoe is not in the clinic, you will find her hiking, running or practicing yoga.
Dr. Dana Strager – Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Dana Strager is originally from New York, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Institute of Technology in 2010. Dana has trained all over, from New York, to Hawaii, to Alaska furthering her educations She is thankful for her opportunities to work with varied patients including orthopedic, amputees, and neurologic conditions to help them meet their personal health goals. Sha has also proudly obtained a certification in LSBT-BIG to have a better understating and be able to better help patients with Parkinson’s Disease.
When she is not working, Dana enjoys being outdoors as much as possible. Whether its camping, hiking, skiing, running, or biking, she is outside soaking up as much sunshine as she can.
Ryan – Clinic Manager
Ryan River moved to Anchorage, Alaska from Conway, Arkansas in 2014. He joined the Arctic team in 2020 and has proved to be a great addition for the staff and patients! He is a gregarious soul with a big heart for helping others achieve the best quality of life.
When Ryan is not at work, he’s out and about exploring Alaska’s raw nature, simply following the river with his dog Mister Koda Bear, and his friends our exploring the rest of the world. His favorite places in the whole world are Hobbiton in Matamata, New Zealand and the Waitomo Caves in Waitomo, New Zealand.
Rudi – Licensed Massage Therapist
Rudi has been practicing massage therapy since 2015. She strives in every massage session to share her calm, relaxed and centered energy in order to create a trusting and healing environment that provides the ultimate rejuvenating relaxation or deep tissue massage experience. She has achieved effective results with eliminating or greatly diminishing pain from neck and upper back tension, rotator cuff injury, low back and hip strain, sciatica issues, carpel tunnel symptoms and other wrist/hand/leg/foot issues.
Rudi tailors each massage to meet the needs of her patient and assists them to increase their knowledge on how nutrition, posture, employment and other lifestyle choices can negatively impact one’s physical comfort as well as provides them with recommended literature and various stretches or exercises they can utilize for pain management.
Amber – Licensed Massage Therapist
Amber is outgoing and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since July of 2015. She is a true Alaskan who enjoys hiking, biking, camping, fishing, cross country skiing, and cooking with her loved ones. She also likes to travel and aspires to continue her education around the globe by experiencing different forms of healing. Amber is down to earth and loves conversing with new people, so tell her a little about yourself in your next massage!
Andrew – Licensed Massage Therapist
Andrew is a licensed massage therapist who specializes in rehab and corrective therapy. He was born and raised in Alaska and has always been intrigued with therapy work. When he is not at work helping others, you can find him at that gym focusing on his body building.
Andrew enjoys helping others through massage, lifting, and a healthy lifestyle.
