Kim – Licensed Massage Therapist
Kim has been a massage therapist for 10 years. She has made Alaska her home for the last 24 years. She is an Air Force Veteran, and this is the longest she has ever stayed in one place, doing the same thing. She graduated from Alaska Carrier College in 2009.
She feels this healing modality picked her after many of life’s twists and turns in her healing journey for back pain. She decided to find natural remedies to her back pain, because she was terrified of the opioid epidemic in our country. She had heard from her pregnant roommate, that chiropractors get to the root of the pain with adjusting the spine. Because of that seed being planted 10 years earlier, she knew that was where she needed to start her healing journey. Massage was a thing assigned in tandem with her chiropractic treatment plan. Her therapist was gentle and kind. He brought healing to her depressed soul. The power of touch changed her life! She had no idea that touch could be so healing for her mind, body and should. She was changed and wanted to bring this healing help to others.
She practices Swedish Massage and has concentration in Reflexology. With over 300 hours in specialized training, she tries to always incorporate this modality into her massage sessions. She also enjoys working with essential oils, and acupressure. She also performs prenatal, and hot stone massage.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys photography, reading, painting and singing. She plans to travel the world, taking pictures and working on publishing her book.

Marjorie has a bachelor’s degree in allied health and psychology. She became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2016 to share this powerful modality of healing with others who have struggled through life’s challenges in health, healthcare, and self-care.
